Subject: [Quest] [Monster] Solenor - Poor service
   It has been two weeks now since the patch and Solenor and Artorius being broken. We have yet to receive word on a fix in the form of blue response. When contacting GMs in game we have received answers like this:

"I petitioned a GM in-game last night and got told the solenor is not considered to be 'broken'. I directed the GM to the sticky post in the customer service forum [patch issues 1.11] that lists this demon as an issue and he then told me he had been wrong. He also had no information on a fix or when we may get a fix?? ""

On top of not receiving any blue response from Blizzard we are being treated like children in game and the GMs themselves apparently are not given reports on known issues or choose to ignore them. I've been fortunate enough to deal with GMs that are aware of the problem and have "put in reports" in regards to the "investigation" that is going on, but each time I was told to go to the bugs forum. We have a 12 page thread going on in the bugs forum with no response and the only reason we found out it was a known issue and under the patch issues thread was because another hunter mentioned it to us.

Yes the fight is possible even though it is bug, but that does not make it right. People have to spend insane amounts of money on pots and require a help from other players that is not needed on other demons and was not needed for Solenor pre-patch. I understand that this only involes hunters, but from what I've seen hunters make up a huge player base and we are paying customers like any other class player. Many... I would say 99% of the hunters on their epic quest are stuck at this point and we're being snubbed by blizzard and this is ridiculous. This is extremely poor customer service on blizzards part and it has driven people to this:

I've been extremely civil and patient with GMs ingame for the last two weeks regarding this issue and I am starting to get fed up. I pay for a service and I am being up right ignored and it isn't just. I enjoy playing this game a great deal and I do not understand what the hold up with this issue. For two weeks we have been given the run around and here we are at another tuesday and no fix.

   Hey everyone, I am very sorry that we have not provided you with additional information regarding the issue with Solenor the Slayer and his "Soul Fire" buff. I have made sure to include it in our Top Issues sticky thread, so that players know that it is an issue we are aware of. I can assure you that this issue has been verified as a bug by our Quality Assurance Team, and our Development Team is working to implement a fix for it in an upcoming patch. I'm afraid that I don't have an estimate as to when that fix may be implemented, but I can assure you that it is coming. Again, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and frustration that this has caused; I hope this information helps. :)
