Subject: An account has been erroneously banned.
   My friend received email notification of a 3 hour suspension days ago. His account still has "temporary suspension" status, and cannot log on. He has received no notification of increased or additional suspension, nor has anyone responded to his e-mails on the matter. In game petitions from have been denied because apparently the petition needs to made from his account.

Obviously, that is impossible to do, as the account literally cannot log on.

The penalty volcano has been checked, and rechecked, and none of his actions would warrant even a 72 hour suspension.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

   Please have your friend contact our Account Adminstration department via the method Tandaa has noted for any disputes. After some review, the referenced account was issued the correct penalty.
Tomorrows child is the only child.
