We are continuing to test battlegrounds on realms brought down for maintenance today. While we have almost completed work and plan to bring the realms on line soon, we have no definite ETA for their return to service. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Furthermore, please keep all discussion of realm issues in this thread. The realms undergoing maintenance are:

All my characters are gone. Can't you at least give us a REAL ANSWER instead of hiding behind your army of B$?
Your characters are not deleted. They are however inaccessible at the moment due to realm issues. We are working to resolve these as quickly as possible so that you can log into your characters once again.

We have found the root issue and are resolving the matter. These affected realms are being brought down to facilitate this and we will bring them up again shortly thereafter. Again, no character data has been lost.[ post edited by Kaone ]
