Subject: And typical of the problems with AD/BR...
Caerrus, that thread showed what is normal for the problems between AD and BR. A lot of cross-spam, nothing constructive because we can't do anything, a lot of bickering, followed by shuffling it to the side without really addressing those concerned. Batta came close, saying that Blizzard is addressing the issue. Another blue comment, stating to report the offenders at every instance. But, seriously, this problem has been going on for over a year and a half. And it's still only just being worked on? You all are going to sit there and tell me and everyone here that a year and a half later, there's still no real solution. Other than in-game ticketing, which for the most part, doesn't get actioned on until well after the fact, if at all?

If you think that thread got old after less then a day, just think about how old it is for us, having no recourse other than to sit there and take it. Argent Dawn and Blackrock alike. It's past old, and reached ludicrous, now (insert "They've gone to plaid!" joke here).

Now, you can lock this thread as well, so that another uncontructive flow of posting occurs, but I hope the point is across. Blackrock needs a serious fix to their server. Argent Dawn needs a better, quicker response when we get invaded by spammers hoping to crash our server. I know it's "being worked on", but come on... a year and a half? You can't tell me that the best effort is being put forth after that length of time.

I understand and appreciate you taking a constructive approach in this post, Tiergan. I can certainly understand the frustration that this causes, but I must ask you to continue reporting these matters to us via the in-game petition system. We also appreciate being informed of these issues here on the Customer Service Forum, as this helps us to address the petitions and reacting to the situation in a more timely manner. Please remember that we are constantly working to upgrade the hardware for all realms, Blackrock included.

The last thread was locked due to the sheer amount of unconstructive replies and bickering, which is not in any way appropriate for this forum. We understand that there are major issues affecting the populations of both Argent Dawn and Blackrock, and I'm not averse to allowing discussion of these issues to take place; so long as its kept civil and constructive. If this thread degenerates in the same fashion, it may be necessary to lock it as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

As I said in my previous reply, we are working to constantly improve the performance of each and every realm, including Blackrock. Realms are continually being moved over to new, more powerful (and more stable) hardware. Beyond that, there's no immediate fix to these issues, and you can be sure that our realm technicians are doing everything in their power to increase performance.

The players on Argent Dawn have been very patient with these disruptions, and we definitely appreciate your patience. It is necessary for these matters to be reported through the in-game petition system, but I would also suggest posting about it here on the Customer Service Forum; as that may help to hasten our response time. Our Game Master staff has, on nearly every occurance of this issue, gone in-game and taken the appropriate actions against the offending players. You can be sure that we take these matters very seriously, Tiergan. I would urge you to post your ideas on the Suggestions Forum so that they may be reviewed by members of our Community and Development Teams.

Thank you again for keeping it constructive. :)
