I find getting notified that my server is going to be down for a scheduled time within less than 24 hrs notice is not good customer sevice. We all know that Tuesdays is a scheduled day but the next day after should have been posted at the login screen for a week in advance. not just one randon day that a User may or may not play that day.
All I ask is better notification.

The post that you are referencing, Nullmatrix, was regarding the weekly scheduled (extended) maintenance; which took place yesterday. The post that Frosthoof and Tandaa have quoted is in regards to unscheduled maintenance. I'm very sorry that we were unable to provide you with more advance warning, and can assure you that we truly appreciate your patience in this matter.
