Subject: Free Transfer - Redeeming and Eligibility
   Greetings.

A couple months ago, i was told over the phone that when the paid character transfer service was availible, i would be able to get a free transfer due to a mistake. This was about 4 months ago, and i haven't been on WoW in a while.

My question is this: Since it has been a while since i was told i could get a free transfer, am i still eligible? Also, how would i go about redeeming that free transfer?
