Subject: I am not paying to be a test rat.
I'm going to try and make this as short as possible while keeping the integrity of my point.

I'm tired of paying to be blizzard's test money, I'm not even posting on my own character because i haven't been able to log my account on the forums for a good 2 months.
I have not changed any hardware or software on my computer so it is not my firewall etc.

So today, i logged on, downloaded the patch and noticed that the servers were not up.... "not a big deal" i said to myself because i had somewhere to be anyways. So i come back 2 hours later and they are still not up... so i wait. Finally they come up and i get an SM group for my mage wand quest, i get there and the server goes down. Great...

So i went and played on frostmane for a bit, and unsurprisingly that went down too, but Mug'thol was back up so i went back on it to play my mage. I logged on once and was stuck in the SM loading screen until i finally just disconnected. Then i logged again and when i arrived in-game i was quite surprised..

I was not in SM, i was in Alterac Mountains, underneath them. I started falling and landed on some invisible floor beneath the ground and died. I took my ghost to the spot and could not rez.

I could easily spirit rez, but i am really sick and tired of being inconvenienced after the alloted(sp?) maintenance time. I'd rather spend those 10 minutes of rez sickness playing a game that doesn't involve me paying for crap service.

This is a wonderful start to my subscription that i renewed yesterday. I'm not going to ask for my money back since my friends plan on playing for a while but i am just letting you know that you have yet another unsatisfied customer. But you guys probly don't give a @#&% since i am gonna keep playing.

But just know that i am not the only one at the end of their rope with paying for bad service and we will start to quit soon if you do not attempt to change your idea of "service"

If you are ever unable to retrieve your corpse and would like to request "service," feel free to submit an in-game petition to us. We will work to recover your corpse in order to bypass the spirit healer's fees. If you choose to resurrect using the spirit healer, unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a reimbursement for the repair costs.

It is true that in-game issues exist and we have not yet achieved perfection, particularly the day a whole host of new content is introduced into the game. Unfortunately, the Game Master department will be unable to assist with your additional concerns.

Q u o t e:
I think its ironic that they use months to plan these patches and then release 3-4 week TEST servers to TEST problems... and when they finally finish (which is always later than "predicted") it goes all wrong...

I think its safe to say everyone complaining knows what I means.

There will always be unforseen issues when patching new content to hundreds of realms around the world. Our Development staff and Quality Assurance teams work to catch as many issues as possible on the test realms; however, having two test realms to test content affecting hundreds of realms, particularly with the implementation of a cross-realm Battlegrounds system, will not always help us to release a flawless patch.

We are doing everything we can to stabilize our realms currently and do appreciate your patience. I can merely apologize for the circumstances to which you've been subjected.
