	If i paid character transfer one of my characters to another of my accounts does that 6 month cooldown affect the character i transfered or my whole account that i transfered from?!?!

	The six month cooldown will only affect the character that was transfered using the Paid Character Transfer Service. The rest of the characters on the account are available for transfer at your leisure. :) Who are you, masked mystery man?! Unveil yourself...
