I would be willing to pay an extra $10 a month for a WoW RP server where the RP ruleset is STRICTLY enforced.
Think about it Blizzard, I am willing to give you $25 dollars a month to make another server, this one to be designated as RP, where you go out of your way to strictly enforce the RP ruleset that you designed. I am speaking of a server where names are checked and filted, all chat channels are watched, and the realm has a slightly larger number of GMs on at all times, perhaps running events, or if that is too much, just making sure that everything is enforced.
The reason I state this is back in beta, we RPers were promised this type of enforcement, but it never happened. I do not know why, but all of the RP servers in thier current state are not enforced in the slightest. I am not angry with you, or calling you names, but I am willing to give you what you desire most to make it happen, money.
So, here is my proposal...
Create a server, just one at first(I promise you there will be more called for), and open it up to anyone wishing to pay $25 a month to transfer any 1 of thier characters there(After the initial transfer, all aditional characters will have to be made from scratch). Let them know thier name will be filtered for RP and/or uniquness, and make sure the rules are posted in an EULA style that they must click agree to the first time they log in. Once they have hit I agree, there are >> 0 << excuses to not following the rules.
Once they have joined the server, the goal is to enjoy yourselves, RP, and did I say enjoy yourself?

This ruleset would be strictly enforced, with a 3 strike out limit resulting in a suspension, and a 6 strike out limit resulting in your character being transferred back it it's old realm. The server would be policed by GMs as well as the players themselves.
It is my opinion that if Blizzard will even give this a shot, they will yield a realm with true RP, no farmers, and a realm that will trully capture what World of Warcraft is all about.
I will be posting this on the General forum, Suggestion forum, and every RP server forum in the hopes that my fellow RPers will stand behind me in asking Blizzard to make the game trully enjoyable to us, even at the expense of $25 a month.

I do understand and appreciate your concern, Bloodeagle, as someone who also resides on a RP realm; however, I ask that you post your proposition on our Suggestions forum. The Game Master department will be unable to consider such ideas from a developmental standpoint.
