Subject: Praise to the GMs
   Yesterday I contacted a Game Master through an in-game ticket and was promptly informed about the situtation that was presented(my account was possibly compromised) The GM(s) that handled my case were extremely nice and the response time was pretty quick compared to other GM tickets I have opened in the past. The GM promptly froze my account and sent me the email with the form to fill out and fax in. I did this, being sure to carefully read all intructions on the very first sheet that was printed. The Fax went through with no problems and about 4 - 5 hours later my account was reopened and I was allowed to continue my quests in the land of Azeorth. I thank all the GMs that handled my case and I commend you for your super fast service and support. A++!
