   If it's blatently obvious that a GM used a copy pasted response, as in, sent it to an entire group in response to a number of different tickets..is that promoted? I guess I'm asking for the feedback email, because he didn't link it in the PM. :(!

   Hey Amalythia. There are situations where a blanket reply may be used by specifically trained Game Masters to address several petitions about one issue. For instance, if your entire group submitted petitions about physical harassment in Silithus, the Game Master may issue a statement to address all of these at once in order to investigate the reported character(s) as quickly as possible.
