Subject: Question about using my hacked characters |

I have had 2 chars on my account that most items were deleted on. I understand the need to investigate the matter before being able to restore the items, being they're tracing the items to most likely several accounts from what I've been told by a service representative. What I would like to know is, how much will it affect the investigation if I was to use one of these characters in question? I've been told by a customer service rep that it's best to wait until the investigation is complete. No one will give me even a general time frame let alone a specific one. Will it hurt or delay the investigation if these characters in question were used now? If so, can any time frame be given as to when I can use them and will I be told through the game or through email when I can?

Not to worry, Karrade; while you wait to hear back from our Account Investigation Team, please feel free to collect items and gain experience or progress your character in any way you see fit. Doing so will have absolutely no effect on the investigation. :)
