Subject: Offline GM emails
Each time I report something, submit a bug, and such, if I am online, of course I get to speak with a GM. And in all cases my problem gets solved. However, when I not online, I get the standard message that a response was sent to my email address. Now I have checked my address, and it is correct, but I never ever recieve anything. Usually, the problem I have is resolved and there is no real need for the email, but it just bothers me that I never recieve one. Thoughts?

don't have one installed. Serverside or Clientside

Heya, Towt. I have confirmed that emails have very recently been sent by our Game Master staff to the address on your account record. You may want to double-check to ensure your email address is listed correctly via the Account Management section. You will also want to verify that there are no spam filters causing mail from "@blizzard" to be moved to a spam folder, or auto-delete. From our end, I can see that emails as recently as August 18th have been sent to your email address as listed in the account information.
