Subject: Transfer gone wrong?
   I transferred my character, Epheria, from boulderfist to zuluhed; right before the server shutdowns on Friday night. I recieved the emails to finish the process, and did indeed finish the process. My character did not transfer, nor is it on the old realm. I don't think this is a "the queue is full" issue, because the friends I was transferring with all went over within an hour, and I too got the confirmation emails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's not been any fun waiting on my character transfer while everyone else is playing. (or not, the servers have been down ANYWAY, making raids impossible.)

   It does appear that your character has been successfully transfered to Zuluhed, Epheri. Are you certain that you've visited the Transactions Page to finalize and complete your transfer? It can be found here: https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/character-transfer-status.html

What is the status of your transfer, as displayed on that page?

   I'm happy to help, Epheri. The loop issue that you're experiencing when attempting to finalize your transfer may be due to the use of a credit card which is being registered as invalid (for whatever reason). Our Billing and Account Services Department is working to make it more apparent that there was an error when attempting to process the transfer; they are aware that the loop issue can be quite confusing.

In the meantime, however, I would suggest that you try to use a different credit card to finalize your transfer. I hope this helps. :)

Im having the same problem. My prepaid cc shows a balance now of 24.00 tho, i know i read somewhere (tho i cant find it now) that blizzard authorizes 1.00 during the process but that you are not charged. I however have been charged as my balance shows 24.00.

Any clarification would be appreciated, i dont want to spend another $5 bucks on another prepaid card.
