Subject: Customer Service email didn't arrive
I handed in Rend's head early Friday morning Australian time (so sometime Thursday US time) and Orgrimmar didn't get the usual buff when that's done, so I reported it to customer server (more as a FYI than anything else).

I haven't been able to log back in since then until now, and now that I have I see an in game email from them saying that their reply has been sent to my email address. However, I haven't seen it.

Could it be resent, please?

Please check to see if the e-mail has arrived, Benalis; it has been re-sent to the address on file for your account. If you are still unable to locate the e-mail, please visit the Account Management page and ensure that we have a valid e-mail address registered to your account. I hope this helps. :)

In order to change the e-mail address on file for your account, it is necessary for you to contact us by phone. Please use the number for our Australian users, which Seerah has provided.

Also, please check to ensure that your spam filters are set to allow all e-mails from Blizzard; in particular, "donotreply@blizzard.com" and "wowgm@blizzard.com", if at all possible.
