Subject: Tricking out of a BG
Just curious but I was in an AB the other day when another play who was queued and not inside the AB started sending everyone tells to turn off their afk flag so that they would do /afk. Having been an avid player of BGs since their release I knew this would kick me and told him off. However soon after I had recieved the tell a few other players in the AB just upped and left the match without any notice. My question is: Is sending a tell to folks telling them something of that sort, to trick them out of the BG you want in so you can get in breaking the Terms of Use?

(ix) Participate in any action that, in the sole and absolute opinion of Blizzard Entertainment, results or may result in an authorized user of World of Warcraft being "scammed" or defrauded out of gold, weapons, armor, or any other items that user has earned through authorized game play in World of Warcraft.

Mainly that part in question.

Umm. . . any response at all? Maybe I posted the prior one a bit late at night.

Such an act could be considered an abuse of game mechanics after investigated and verified by our Game Master staff. If you happen to run across a player attempting to remove players from a Battleground by leading them to believe their AFK flag is on, please report this via the in-game petition system.
