This thread regards servers currently facing performance issues this evening on August 20 and into the afternoon of August 21. If your realm is facing an issue, please post it here. Do not make seperate threads as they will clutter the forum index. If you have posted a thread on the forum index, delete it and move it here. If you want to be heard, a consolidated thread is the way to do it.

UPDATE:
All of the following realms continue to suffer low or no performance. The previous restarts failed to resolve any possible issue. The World servers, essentially, are down. Servers are facing very high latency, where mobs, mailboxes, and npcs have very long respond rates. This thread is updated at every moment you send feedback for your convenience.

Possible Issues:
*Plain Letters are appearing as blank.
*Character Roll Back - Has been verfied but not confirmed.
Important: Please do not attempt to destroy or vendor any items. During this time, it may not be possible for Specialists to keep a record of items lost or monsters that have been slain.
If you are returning to the Character Selection screen while attempting to login, this is a good sign to say that your World Server will be restarting. My apalogies for the letter from the President - that letter is over a year old.
To whom it may concern, the players of the affected realms stand viligant and shall remain patient until the circumstances have been resolved. It is the community's heartfelt wish to be provided with compensation and/or a reasoning for this matter.
