   Hello Manbeef,

Our Billing Department is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PST. I hope this helps.

This seemed strange so I inquired into this for you. The notification you received was correct. It appears the Billing Department did indeed close early today for a scheduled meeting. I was unable to ascertain whether this meeting will manage to conclude prior to the department's standard closing time today or not. I apologize for this inconvenience.
