I want to transfer one of my lvl 60s. Im at the last step on the process thing and when i press finish it just refreshes to the same page. Every time i press finish it just goes to that page again. Do i have to wait awhile or is this just bugged?

The page refreshes like that due to your browser looping back to the previous page. This is caused by using a card that is unable to be processed. In this case, it will be necessary for you to use a different card in order to complete the process. Our Development Team is currently evaluating the issue with hopes to provide players with a more informative error message.
