Subject: Thank you Blizzard Team
   i want to say a big thank you to the blizzard team for recovering my character and gears so soon. it took them only 5days. speacial thanks especially to GM Norracles, GM Droby(not sure of spelling) Specialist GM Valeryon and those who helped and gave me advice despite my endless whining on the forums

for those who are still waiting..pls be patient. i know how it feels and it sucks. i lvled an alt while waiting to kill time. here are some of the advice from my own experience :

1. illegible fax is a no-go.if they tell u ur fax sucks, then go ahead and look for a professional who actually faxes things as a living. don't trust ur $!@%ty fax machine with its $!@%ty configs.

2. blizzard knows your account is being hacked..stop spamming them hate mails already. although their responses always seemed canned and automated, trust me you will do the same if u received 10000000000 hate emails a day demanding the restoration of accounts.

3.if u ever have ur ticket escalated by a GM in game, this means ur ticket is actually brought up to the attention of a Character Specialist GM. He is the one who makes restoration POSSIBLE. so DO NOT delete your ticket or edit them. if u wanna contact the GM send in another ticket from another character using YOUR account.

4.Blizzard will DEFINITELY TRY THEIR BEST to restore ALL if not MOST of your items. i got all my gears back all +588 spell dmg of them and the junk in my bank, including my half epic-geared lv60 alt.u get back all your gold. the only things u will lose are ur enchants,ur profession deleted and all ur recipes/patterns/schematics related to the deleted profession.

5.last but not least scan thru your system thoroughly or reformat it (if you have backups to your important files )once your characters/gears are restored. make sure to complete the above step BEFORE you change your password.you may also wana change your password to your e-mail just in case.

6. last but not least..dont worry be happy! (its hard i know..but at least try?)

I am glad to hear that everything worked out for you in the end. Other players will also no doubt appreciate all your insight, advice and feedback regarding your whole experience. May your future adventures bring you fame and fortune. *smiles*
