Subject: Difference in responses? What to do?
   Greetings!

Issue:
I created a character (Level 1 Warlock) on Shadow Council to meet a friend of mine who was trying out the game again after a break. I ended up deleting this character. Since then, it's been telling me that I still have a character ("(1)") on the realm screen under Shadow Council.

Steps Taken:
1. I reported this issue. I was told to delete my interface folder to see if it still persisted.

2. I waited a few weeks after doing this, to see if it would disappear. It didn't. I tried accessing my account on a different computer with a brand new copy of World of Warcraft and no downloaded add-ons or macros, and it still said this. I reported it. I received a response that I should contact the GMs again if this issue persisted after Tuesday, the 15th of August.

3. I reported this issue again last night. I was sent an email saying that it may be looked into, but to look at the general forums for an answer to my question.

My problem is... what do I do? I was told that it was important and to report it again, and then received a, rather frankly put, wishy-washy response with no clear clarfication.

I'm not sure what to do. It's not a "large deal", but I do believe it's an issue that should be looked into, as it is an interface problem on Blizzard's end, rather than the user. If this happens to many people in the future, it could be a sticky mess.

Thanks!
