Subject: Blizzard: Clarify "Send Money Order" For Me
   Alright, first off I should explain how my main account got banned.

Last February, Blizzard double-charged me for my account and my credit card company contested one of the charges. Apparently, Blizzard revoked both of the charges. So now, over 6 months later, Blizzard decides to ban my account saying I never paid for the account, even though they admitted they made the mistake in a phone conversation.

So instead of simply charging my credit card, I have to go through this ridiculous process of sending a money order for the amount due via snail mail. Since there was no way around, I was forced to use this method. So, I got my money order from the bank yesterday and sent it over via Overnight Delivery at the post office.

I am able to track my money order via and everything looked like it was going smoothly until this monrning, when I see this:

If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Now, at the post office, I had requested that Blizzard sign for this so I know it has been received, and there was nothing on my intial "YOU ARE BANNED" e-mail that said I should not do this.

If Blizzard is too lazy to go sign for it, then please tell me, so I can contact USPS and tell them to just leave the money order at your office in Irvine so I can actually get this cleared up.

I don't want to wait weeks for my aco$&!% to be up again, especially when Blizzard itself is at fault here in the first place, and would appreciate some clarification on your acceptance methods so I don't make the same mistake again.

I am sorry to hear of your mailing difficulties. You will need to contact our Billing Department directly to request clarification on this matter. Please phone 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) to reach a representative between the hours of 9am and 6pm (PST) Monday to Friday. Good luck.
