I have an in game petition right now, but its takin a while to get a response. I cannot select register charter. I have a 9 sigs on my charter (Ive double checked this several times) but it simply wont let me register. I click it and nothing happens its like the link is broken or something. If there is a quick fix or something I could try I would very much apprieciate it.
The character in question is hetak on lethon

wow oddly enough as soon as I posted this the GM messaged me. Apparently you have to have the charter in the first slot of your first bag for it to work.
Close enough. The Guild Charter needs to be located in any slot of your Main Backpack; once located there, simply speak with the Guild Creation NPC and you should be able to successfully create your guild. :)
