Subject: Item restore - last post deleted????
I would like a response as to the 24hr time limit on item restorations, since it seems my last post was deleted. I lost a Demonshear sword and Helm of Valor, and received an unsatisfactory response of "it's been too long" (basically) These items were not deleted in any way on the CLIENT side, I haven't used any of my "limited" item restores, they're just gone. I often don't play a character for a few days, and certainly don't have the time or inclination to check all my characters when I log in to make sure they have all their possessions - keeping inventories secure, and EXISTENT, is your job, not mine. That's what at least part of my subscription goes towards. If you can't insure my items, let us keep a record archived off the server for just this such occasion. Thank You.

I am sorry that we were unable to provide you with a restoration of these items, Talwynn; but if you would like to follow up on this matter and express your concerns about the way this situation was handled, please do so by sending an e-mail to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. Neither the in-game support staff or those of us here on the Customer Service Forum will be able to provide you with further assistance in this matter.
Who are you, masked mystery man?! Unveil yourself...
