Subject: WoW Homepage Issues
   I cannot access any official website pages using the latest version of Firefox and IE. Cleared my cache and cookies. Restarted the browsers. Nothing helped.

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/ gives me a blank page with site.index

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/ gives me a Forbidden page.

I was going to transfer a character. I have no way of accessing my account info. Other people are reporting this issue in the general forums as well.

   Update:

Our server technicians are currently working on the issue with the web servers. This should not take too much longer but if delays are encountered we will post a further update here. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

   Update:

Our server technicians have now resolved the issues with the web servers. Both the main webpage at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/ and the Account Management section should now be fully available once again. I apologize for any inconvenience encountered due to this maintenance.

It appears to be working correctly for me at this time Diospyros. What internet browser are you using? Could you be looking at an earlier cached version of this page?
