Blizz there are a number of people trying to transfer their chars since last night and its just going at an endless loop, this is really silly. we are paying for this with credit cards, I can't even tell if the payment has gone through or not. How can I feel secure about using my card on the net if the software I'm paying with isn't even working?
My girlfriend has been hammering the finish button and it going back to the same page while mine went through, if we end up on a different server for whatever reason it will be a damn shame.
i'd be nice if there was an error or some kind of sticky saying things aren't functioning right. I know this is an issue that has happeneded before, but this is kinda crazy.[ post edited by Lolcow ]

Hi Lolcow,
The loop that your girlfriend is experiencing is caused by using a card that is unable to be processed. In this case, it will be necessary for her to use a different card in order to complete the process. Our Development Team is currently evaluating the issue with hopes to provide players with a more informative error message. I am sorry for the confusion caused by this.

Just saying in case its another possible issue.
The credit card is not billed until this final step. It is on this step that most credit card issues arise for players.
