Being posted for my brother:
Okay. As of over 24 hours ago, my account was Frozen due to needing a payment form. Np, I will be getting a Game Card today.
This issue at hand is one that I am currently worried about. My character/account has been played by myself, and can log into the game no problems.
The account was frozen as of August 15th 8:49 am PST.
I am worried that I will be seen as exploiting for being able to access the game with a frozen account.
I really had no part in anything wrong other then forgetting to supply a payment option to keep the account declared "active".
I was wondering if this is a glitch with blizzards billing system for one, and two, is this going to be a blemish on the account?
Hopefully some answers forthcoming.

Thank you for informing us of this issue with your account Tamedinga. I have forwarded your information for examination by our Billing Department. I have included notes indicting that you have reported this in good faith. In the meantime, while you are obtaining your game card, I would recommend that you discontinue further play until your new payment method is updated. This should ensure that you avoid any form of penalty for such "extra" play. Thank you once again and I hope you manage to get your game card soon.
