Subject: Missing Enchantments - 8/15
If you are currently missing any enchantments as a result of today's maintenance, please submit an in-game petition to our Game Master staff at your earliest convenience. Our Character Specialists will work to verify and restore those enchantments that may have gone missing. Please do accept our apologies for the inconvenience of this issue.

Q u o t e:
Hmmm... Weren't we told that enchantments were impossible to verify and restore by a GM through logs. Isn't that the reasoning we have been told as to why compromised accounts will not have enchantments restored? If it is possible to recover enchants in this situation, why can't accounts who were hacked have their enchants restored. Some of these enchants are more expensive and harder to get then the gear it is put on.

While enchants are usually unable to be restored, Game Masters can sometimes restore enchants on very recent losses. For example if a player vendored an item, and used one of their account's limited restorations in order to get the lost item reimbursed the same day, then it may be able to be restored complete with its old enchant.
