Everytime I try to get on the WoW website it loads slowly, if even at all. This is the only website giving me this problem, so are the server problems possibly in relation to website problems?
They will suck you down to the other side.

We are aware of issues with several portions of our website being down, including the Account Management and Account Creation pages. We will be working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, folks. In the mean time, please keep all posts on the subject in this thread. Additional threads concerning any portion of our website being down are being removed to prevent clutter.
