|
Applying Brilliant Mana Oil to ANY weapon will remove its enchantment upon log or zoning. This is an issue new to this morning, 08/15/06 and has been tested. The bug is 100% repeatable. Here are the steps:
1) Have any weapon with an enchantment. Benediction with +55 healing for example.
2) Apply Brilliant Mana Oil to Benediction via the trade window
3) Logout or Zone
4) Log back in.
5) +55 Healing enchantment has been REMOVED.
This is not a UI Mod issue, as it has been reproduced and verified by several players.

I appreciate the information you have provided, Corsica, but would suggest that you post this on the Bug Report Forum, in order to bring it to the attention of our Quality Assurance Department; so that they can verfiy the issue and pass it along to our Development Team for a fix. Thank you very much. :)

Q u o t e: Which ironically got an instant blue post vs. Bug forum or General where you'll never get ANY acknowledgement of the post.
Customer Service CM's are by far the best around. So kudos to the Customer Service forum/CM's.
We're actually Game Masters (GMs) here on the Customer Service Forum, but thank you for the compliments, Tiandrex. :)
Thank you, too, Faiz; I'm glad to hear that it's already been reported in the proper forum and hope to see the issue resolved shortly.
