I've reported the same poster more than once over the last several days but there seems to be no corrective action taken.
I am willing to bet however that were I to engage in the behavior that I am reporting however that action would be immediate.

Emailing WoWreportedpost@blizzard.com or clicking on the Biohazard symbol are effective methods for getting the attention of our Community moderators. If you report a post that would warrant any action taken from our moderation staff, I can assure you that action will be taken. These are the words delivered to me by Coreiel.
