   Just thought I'd pass on a little Thank You to the GM staff for their hard (insane) work. When I last looked at page one on the forum I only saw one positive post. So here's another.
I've never had any problems with the GM staff. Now granted I've only done tickets to report gold seller advertisements, people harrasing others and bored little kids saying stupid stuff on Trade channel.
My only complaint is the wait times on the responses to tickets but that's expected. No worries!

   Thank you kindly for the considerate words, Merdrah! It's always great to hear some positive feedback regarding our line of work. ; )

Rising queue times is a challenge we will always be battling; and, we will work to to reduce the length of time in which a player must wait to receive a Game Master's response.

We are constantly increasing our Game Master staff to accommodate for the growing community. Unfortunately, realm performance issues can often times affect our software tools, which effectively alters our workflow. At some points throughout the week, Game Masters may find themselves working extended hours to attempt to compensate for increased queue times. As we continue to make hardware upgrades while our programmers increase the functionality of our tools, our ability to more steadily address petitions as they are received will increase.

Edit: Sonic, the methods you've mentioned have been used by this department since the game's release for dealing with some of the more widespread issues; though, we are becoming more effective when determining when it is best to utilize such a feature.
