I'm wondering, just what exactly are GM instructions regarding this issue, specifically on a PvE server.
Because in my experience it has come down to,"We are sorry you were griefed, we will speak to your raid leader and look into it." And absolutely nothing is done.
To my knowledge it is an offense to grief your own faction, even on a PvP server due to the lack of a PvP solution.
My guild has been griefed on multiple occassions by another guild. First on Azuregos, then they came in on Lethon and then Azuregos again. The final time we had the last laugh though. Despite them doing their utmost to taunt Azuregos and draw him off to mess up our aggro on summons, them trying to pull him to cliff edges so we'd get summoned off and fall, we got him back each time and won.
After each time our raid has bombarded GMs with petitions reporting this behaviour. This last time when we all got automated responses, we even repeated our call, finally leading to a GM speaking to our GL, who was leading the raid.
So just what is the procedure for this? And the penalties? Because atm the worst it could be is just a tongue lashing by a GM because the guild is always there, back at it.
If this isn't actionable as I have always seen it said as then let me hear it.
If that's so then alts need to be sent to Tainted Scar.

Tahuata has provided you with sound information, Jedgar, though I do apologize for the delay in responding to your concerns. The events you have described on this forum sound as though the actions taken by the other raid would be considered griefing. Submitting an in-game petition as soon as the events unfold is the best thing your Raid Leader can do. Our Game Master staff will investigate the report and take the appropriate actions if another raid is found to be griefing your raid.
