So me, with all the spare time in the world as my adorable gnome rogue, am outraged!!
first off, trying to get the devout chestpiece is incredibly hard to get, not to mention letting other priests having authority over me, so im basically stuck at 7/8, but thats not even the worst part
YES! IT DOES GET WORSE!!!!threw in a 1!!!!!
so, my rogue here has even had to face the terrible dilemma which is this, i cant do my tier .5!!!!! i want to change my devout into something better
i raid, and i like it, but Ubrs and Strat still catch my eye, as well as lovely Tyr's Hand, but seriously, what could be cuter than a gnome rogue with 8/8 tier .5 priest style??? i even found a 1handed-staff of jordan-looking thing.

To address your original question, Lenaria, it's not currently possible for players to upgrade dungeon set armor that was not intended to be used by their class to tier 0.5. While a Gnome Rogue may look amazing in full Devout, it's not likely that the Rogue will be wearing the full Virtuous set any time soon. Of course, if you would like to see this made possible, I would ask you to visit our Suggestions Forum in order to propose a change. Good luck!
