and again and again and again and .....
Every 2-3 days at most, and it's down again.
Is the website hardware really that bad or is it the website developers?
Before the new website upgrade, it was absolutely no response at all from the site every few days, which would seem to be hardware. Since the new site, it's now Apache error pages, which would seem to be software.
Either way, it's *very* poor performance by Blizzard.
And don't try to blame it on traffic volume, either, because decent hardware and software setup can handle any amount of traffic, *if* it was all set up properly. There are many websites around that get more traffic than wow ever will, and they never go down.

I'm able to load the front page of our website (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com) just fine in the newest version of Firefox, Jarhead, so I'm not sure what to tell you.
What web browser are you using, and has it been fully updated? You may want to try clearing your cache, or your cookies. That sometimes does the trick. :)
