Ok, here's a situation. I had a level 58 that i deleted then I named my new guy the same name as my lvl 58. If I wanted to restore my lvl 58 would I have to delete the guy that I made with the same name, or would it make me change it or something?

In the event that you delete a high-level character, Cletus, then create a new character with the same name and request to have the deleted character restored, the name of the more recently created character shall be changed to allow the older one to retain the name.
