Subject: Incorrect GM Email Address
   I was master looted an item incorrectly a week or so ago and put in a few tickets about it. The first ticket the GM said it would be escalated and I'd be contacted by a supervisor, I was never contacted so I put in another ticket and recieved the email from the supervisor in the mail saying to send an email to <edited>. I tried to email this address but I delivery failure on it everytime I try as though the email address isn't correct, I put in a ticket about this and was linked the same email address again. Is this email address out of service or incorrectly typed? How can I contact this GM about the item?

I have inquired into this and have verified that the spelling on the email address you have written there is indeed the correct one. I will also be confirming that there is no issue preventing this address being emailed to. I would recommend checking your email settings.    Update:

I am forwarding a report on that particular email address so that it can be looked into for any issues by our server technicians. In-case there is one I would recommend holding off trying to reply to that email address again until tomorrow.

   Hello, Nightmayr. I just wanted to let you know that we have received your e-mail; but in order to transfer the Seal of the Archmagus to the other player, Gijas, we will need that player to reply directly to the e-mail that was sent to the address on file for their account, to confirm that they wish to use one of their account's limited restorations to receive the item. If you could please let that player know, it would be much appreciated. :)
