Subject: can't really log in
   Hi.

I was going to raid today. I was playing for an hour or so and things were going fine. Then I lagged out during The Calling quest in sithilus and I haven't been able to REALLY log back in. I can log in, and it says "Your are in a raid group" and all the yellow text that goes with that, but my chat channels don't load, nor do player names, and then I get disconnected.

I deleted my WTF, WDB, and INTERFACE folders and restarted. The problem persists. The problem also hampers my same faction, same guild alt on that server, but NOT my alt on a different server.

Please help. This will be the 2nd or 3rd raid I miss because of this untimely problem.

Interesting. I could indeed see you in-game for a short time, but I have tried several methods to resolve the issue and it doesn't appear that they worked. Try deleting your WTF, WDB, and Interface folders again and run the Repair Utility, then restart your computer and attempt to log in. Let me know how it goes.

It can be found inside your World of Warcraft folder. You can also download the latest version of it here:

You're certain that you have completely removed your WTF, WDB, and Interface folders? You haven't reinstalled any custom addons? This does sound like an issue related to your user interface.

Okay, are you logging out of the game before attempting to delete your WTF, WDB, and Interface folders? To be sure that the folders are creating themselves properly, I would suggest that you log out, delete the folders, restart your computer, and then log back in.

There are quite a few factors which could contribute to the issue that you are experiencing; and if the above method does not work for you, it may be best if you were to contact our Technical Support Department by phone, at 1-949-955-1382 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm PDT). I am very sorry for the inconvenience and wish you the best of luck, Wren.
