Subject: Billing Help
   Hi,

I originally lived and played WoW in Singapore, part of the Oceanic and therefore bought the game there. In Singapore they sell the american version of the game, which was fine and all was good.

However i recently have moved back too the UK. I am closing down my credit card in singapore, but when i try to attach a new credit card it doesnt work. I have tracked the problem down to the length of the post code for my credit card. My post code is 7 digits long, whereas the space provided in only 6 spaces long. Therefore i cannot change my billing details, or create a new account using these credit cards. This means that when the credit card is closed i shalll be unable to continue playing.

I would really like to continue playing on US servers - and not have to buy the european version as i have several characters i have worked hard on.

Can anyone offer any help or assistance?

-Thanks

Well, Moonwing, your best bet would be to contact our Billing and Account Services Department by phone at 1-800-592-5499 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm PDT); as they may be able to assist you in this matter. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and wish you the best of luck. :)
But hark, methinks a mortal doth approach...
