ok this is the closest forum i could find to post my issue.. and i had to have a friend post it go figure.
About 5:30am eastern time on saturday my account was suspended and i was removed from the game world. GM Kirpogmel is the one that handled this and said i had been found in violation of the harassment policy. and also that i was sent an email to detail what happened and so on. well i never got this email, right now it is sunday, 3pm eastern, and no email that im supposed to have.
I have called support however they were closed for the weekend and have sent two emails with no reply.
anyone on hellscream that knows me, knows that this is just a load of crap lol. because im either online raiding with my guild or im helping my lower lvl friends as well as their friends.
so if someone from blizz can please shed some light on this for me.. it would be greatly appreciated.

thats what everyone tells me. and what the page i was directed to tells me as well. and i have sent emails to them with no avail. this probably wouldnt be so bad if i at least knew what i was being accused of and for how long the account is suspended. although i looked over all the listings of violations and quite frankly i have not violated the harassment policy in any way. not to mention i have no previous marks on my account, let alone any account in my mmorpg history and ive been playing mmo's for quite some time now.
is there anyway you would be able to contact someone at customer support to have them send out this email i was supposed to have gotten[ post edited by Budon ]

What Sonic has told you is correct. One small clarification however. I would recommend you contact our Account Administration Department via the Website E-mail Form on the World of Warcraft website at:
http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/?id=eSupport000
This ensures your issue will be addressed quickly and smoothly as all pertinent information will be present.

This is ongoing. It is the method that should be used whenever contacting Account Administration to ensure a rapid response.
