Subject: Cannot login to game or forums |

When trying to login to the game, I recieve an error which states my pre-paid time has been used. I also get a "Login failure" trying to use the forums.
I use a credit card for my subscription, one month recurring.
When I check Account Management, it says the account is active and can be used for playing, however the billing date, which has passed, says its still "Pending"
A friend is postin this for me[ post edited by Meesha ]

We are, but I would simply suggest that you follow the suggestions that Sonic has provided. Our Billing and Account Services Department is available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm PDT; if you are still experiencing an issue logging into the game. Best of luck to you, Meesha. :)
