Subject: Question about circumventing bans
   I was wondering...

If, say, someone's account were permanently banned, is it against TOS to create a new account in order to circumvent that ban?

In the event that one's account is banned, Brighde, nothing in the Terms of Use or End User License Agreement prohibits the creation of a new account; this is not so much seen as an attempt to "circumvent" a previous ban as it is an opportunity to start anew, learn from one's previous mistakes, and hopefully avoid them in the future. It's your $50. ;)
