Subject: Why don't I get a full month?
   Now this isn't an 'omg Blizzard give me my $.25 worth!' type post or anything like that, but...

My account was renewed July 17th, probably noonish if I had to guess, and it expires August 17th. I'm not renewing for a bit because I'll be moving back to college and want to get into the swing of things first. But I'm looking at the management page, and it ends at '4:14AM PDT'. Now, isn't that like 6:14AM CST, where I am? I know I didn't wake up that early to start my account. So just curious why my account would end 'early' like that.

   I'm sorry to say, Arago, that questions regarding one's subscription should really be directed to our Billing Department, as Game Masters -- and, by extension, the Customer Service Forum -- have no involvement in such matters. You may contact Billing via e-mail ( or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZ) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. In any case, friend, I wish you the best in your efforts. If there's anything else with which I may be of clarification, let me know. :)
