i cant log in to my account and found out that my characters have been deleted.I'm using my friend's acc to post now. when i tried to retrieve my password from blizzard's website..it always gives me an error message.
When i tried to re access the webpage again..it always gives me an error page(server not found).I've read some of the things I can do in this forum..however i'm currently in Asia and it will be difficult to do the things advised.
Pls pls help! My character is already pimped out after 9months of hard work.

If you believe that your account may have been compromised, Cuuki, I would recommend following the steps provided in Batta's rather thorough guide, a link to which I shall provide below; if you require any further clarification, however, please do let me know, and I shall do what I can to be of further assistance. As for the Password Retrieval page, there is currently an issue which is causing players to receive errors upon attempting to reset their password; you may rest assured that we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as is possible, and that I shall provide further updates in the thread below.
