Subject: Major Disruption of LFG for 5 days
There is a guy on Detheroc who is using the LFG channel to sell alliance pets on the neurtral AH.

Hes been spamming this long 3 line message for FIVE DAYS NOW. You cant ignore him because he uses lvl 1 alts. So you ignore then literally 5 minutes later he makes a new one.

The biggest issue is everyone is COMPLETELY fed up and then the LFG channel turns crazy in mindless banter to stop this guy.

Numerous in game reports have been put in and nothing is happening.

THIS NEEDS TO STOP.

It's disrupting gameplay since its hard to sift through the channel.

Subject: Re: Major Disruption of LFG for 5 days
It is evident that you have been caused no small amount of distress by this player's behaviour, Zurga, for which you have my most sincere apologies. If at any time you find your gameplay to be disrupted or otherwise diminished by another person's actions, I would strongly encourage that you submit an in-game petition reporting them for harassment; you have done the right thing in bringing this player to our attention once again, and I can assure you that we shall fully investigate your claims and take any appropriate actions.

To clarify the previous statement by the Game Master with whom you were in contact, although we discourage the use of the LookingForGroup channel for any purpose but finding like-minded individuals to create parties, we shall not take action against players for speaking "out of turn" in that channel unless they violate our policies in some way. Thus, merely holding a conversation in LFG -- or even attempting to sell an item, within reason -- shan't be considered an actionable offense; if players are repeatedly sending similar messages ("spamming"), however, or using inappropriate language in a public channel, they are subject to the repercussions listed in our Harassment Policy. I do apologise for any confusion you may have been caused by your previous correspondence with our department, though, and appreciate your continued diligence in reporting this player to us. :)
Ce sont ces fenêtres qui m'appellent...
