Subject: Unable to access account
   I have been unable to access my other Wow account since around 2PM EST - the one I'm posting on has worked flawlessly. When I try to login it says the name and/or password is incorrect. I have not changed the password but I do not think my account has been hacked. No one else knows my account information, I'm a security freak and play on a Mac. I've seen no evidence anyone has been on my account when viewing my characters in-game using this account - I simply can't sign into the game, forums or account management.

Furthermore, the password/account name retrieval system does not recognize my email (for this account or the account not working).

Help would be appreciated - FYI there seems to be other people with similar problems that started around the same time.

   Given the description you've offered of the issue you're experiencing, Villum, it is possible that your account has somehow become compromised, unlikely though you may believe that to be; as such, I would recommend following the steps outlined in Batta's thread below to pursue further assistance in retrieving access to your account.
