i know i know i have been slacking but i finally got around to opening all my goodie bags from conventions and such from the last year(Blizzcon bag was the best with E3 a close second), i whent to the redemption page for both the beta and the murloc pet but i get an error on both pages. do i have do this at a certain time or is the offer no longer valid? i really wanna see that murloc dance .

To ensure that I understand you correctly, Shaguar, you've visited the URL below and entered the Adoption Key that appears on the back of the card you acquired at BlizzCon, and you're getting some sort of error? Does it tell you that the Adoption Key doesn't exist? What is the precise error you're receiving, so that I can determine where the issue may lie?

thank you pav, i enter all the info correctly select my realm and enter the security input correctly, i click submit and a small pop up appears to confirm the reagion and realm i select ok and it takes me to the wow error page. same for the beta page at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/beta-signup.html

That certainly sounds odd. Have you tried this in multiple web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)? There may be an issue with the site, but I'd like to confirm that it's persistent regardless of browser. Can you also copy and paste the exact error message you receive when you click "OK" to continue with the process? That'll help enormously. :)
