Hi im using my friends account my account was banned after i sent in a ticket for it being hacked my mother wont fill out the form and i tried to fax it with my information but i havent recieved a response i was wondering if i could reuse my cd key and start a new account or even better a different way i could get mine back

I'm sorry, Yuu, but the only way to unlock your account is to follow the instructions in the Account Retrieval Form that you were sent. It appears that we have not yet received a valid, legible fax from you; so you may want to try re-sending the fax or submitting the form/attached information by mail. Once an account has been created with an authentication key, it is not possible to use the same key to create a new account.
