Hello Vixin,
If you forgot the answer to your Secret Question there is indeed an option available to you in order to re-obtain it. On the World of Warcraft website there is a page detailing how you would go about this. This can be found at:

This page specifies that you send us a photocopy of your government issued identification such as a drivers license or passport. The reason this is done is to protect the security of your account. It would be extremely dangerous to your account's security to have to have other people able to easily obtain this piece of information.

I have verified that the Webform you filled out today was indeed received and has been forwarded to the Billing Department to be looked into.
