Can you please provide me with a name of a character on the account and the realm on which the character is located, Wizardo?
But hark, methinks a mortal doth approach...

Alright, it does appear that an e-mail was correctly sent to the address on file for your account. Earlier today, you reported that your account had been accessed by someone other than yourself. After a quick investigation, the Game Master who received your petition determined that the account had been compromised and locked it to ensure that no unauthorized party would access the account.

In order to unlock the account, the registered owner of the account (that would be you) will need to complete the Account Retrieval Form, which was included in the e-mail you were sent, and follow the instructions provided to mail/fax that form to our Account Administration Department. Best of luck to you, Wizardo.

No problem, Jas - happy to help! I have re-sent the e-mail to the address on file from your account - please let me know if you receive it.

EDIT: The above posts have been removed because they contained your e-mail address, which is considered sensitive information and should not be posted on a public forum.

Q u o t e:
There is no way for me to transfer my ID on fax over to you guys, although I could send an email over

Unfortunately, Wizardo, as mentioned in the e-mail you have been sent, we are unable to accept digital files of any kind; if you are not able to fax the form to us, you shall have to photocopy a valid ID and send it via postal mail with the Account Retrieval form. I do apologise, however, for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Good luck to you! :)

Hate to keep bugging you, but id like to get on asap, and I do not have a printer, is there any easier way to do this? I mean, I cant print anything

I'm sorry to say that if you wish to restore access to your account, you must fill out the Account Retrieval form, photocopy your ID, and either fax or mail them to the provided points of contact; if you do not possess the means to do so, I would recommend traveling to your local post office or Kinko's (or nearest equivalent) to use their resources. :)
